The Elizabeth's Phoenix Foundation was first mentioned by author Elizabeth N. Harris in her Rage MC series. In the books Elizabeth described three charities that readers clamoured to know more about. Many contacted Elizabeth asking why the charities didn't exist in real life and many wished they did. In December 2022 Elizabeth opened a fundraising group The Elizabeth's Trusts. She added the three charities mentioned in the books, The Phoenix Trust, The Rebirth Trust and the Eternal Trust and added an extra one, The Grace Trust.

Elizabeth and the Board of Advisors were stunned when many of the author community and readers stepped up and they raised money to reach nearly one thousand people.

Elizabeth always planned to open the fundraiser as a registered charities, but for the first year she and the Board of Advisors were learning how to run events and making contacts to deliver gifts too. In 2024 Elizabeth and the Board of Trustees made a move towards opening The Elizabeth's Trusts as a registered charity. Their hard work paid off when they were granted status of being a registered charity at the end of 2024. However the name had to change as they had become a CIO, and The Elizabeth's Trusts was not a viable name. The Board of Advisors voted and the charity was renamed and become The Elizabeth's Phoenix Foundation or more affectionately known, The TEPF!

The charities were a dream of Elizabeth's which was why they were incorporated in the Rage MC books. But Elizabeth states, without the help of the Book World, and her many friends and supporters, her dream may have remained just that - a dream. Many people were involved in getting TEPF up and running, and the Board of Advisors and Trustees all thank those who helped create this amazing charity.
